Philips wanted…

…to show the target audience of 16-35 year old men that the Philips One Blade could be used to shave a beard of any length.

Solution

What better way to portray the ‘ease of use’ of the One Blade than to show it in action whilst creating beard-art.

We worked with the impressively skilled barber, ‘MK’, filming him shaving various intricate images and words into our models’ beards.

The content consisted solely of close-up shots of the One Blade in action during the process as well as shots of the final artworks.

The film was viewed over 12m times and generated 95k comments.
